Returns & Refunds
Personalized Items
Because our items are custom laser-engraved to your specific requirements, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for personalized goods unless they are faulty or we have made an error in the engraving process.
Non-Personalized Items
If you purchase a non-customized product, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item in its original, unopened condition for a full refund or exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Faulty Goods
If your item is faulty or does not match the specifications provided at checkout, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. We will arrange for a free replacement immediately.
